we have 6 secondary sites that no packages get too. No .tar files, no .pkc files nothing. Yet, in the DISTMAN.LOG file I do see calls to the package IDs in question.

Yet the package never gets down to the DP. I'm using SMS Trace and nothing is in red or yellow in any distman.log file. I pushed out package CN100264 about 18 hours ago and so far nothing.
What can cause this and where else should I look?
